Penn Reading Project: The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin
Now in its 15th year, the PRP invites all incoming freshmen to explore an assigned text through lectures and discussions with faculty and fellow students. Beginning September 4th and continuing through new student orientation period, 2,400 first-year students will meet in small groups to discuss Franklin's Autobiography. The special Penn Press edition includes commentary by President Amy Gutmann, Dr. Peter Conn, Andrea Mitchell Professor of English, and other distinguished Penn faculty.
