Saturday, October 9th

Tentative Schedule

Friday afternoon, October 8th – Preparation and Setup
3:30 - 8:30 PM:	A number of volunteers will help set up the school for painting, including moving supplies to appropriate areas and preparation painting, event tables, etc.
Saturday, October 9th – Penn-West Philadelphia Community Celebration Day
8:00 AM	Physical Improvements Setup and Team Leaders meeting A group of volunteers will help set up school and community physical improvements (arrange for distribution of brooms, trash bags, exterior painting supplies and preparation, briefing team leaders, etc.)
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM	Physical Improvements Physical improvements will occur with volunteers from Penn, Sayre and the community
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM	FREE Community Health Fair and Celebration
12:30 PM	Remarks from Sayre Principal Mr. Joseph Starinieri; Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell; and Penn President Amy Gutmann
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM	Final Cleanup Volunteers will make sure all supplies are collected, and all appropriate cleanup from painting the interior of the school and from the celebration on the school grounds is completed.
