Charter and Statutes
The Charter and the Statutes of the University of Pennsylvania are the foundational governance documents of the Board of Trustees. They are adopted and amended by the Trustees.
Meeting Schedule of the Trustees
Stated Meetings of the Trustees are held three times each fiscal year - in the fall, winter, and spring.
The Executive, Budget and Finance, and Audit, Compliance, and Risk committees also meet at various times between Board of Trustees meetings.
