Committee on Personnel Benefits

All Specific Charges are in addition to each committee's "General" Charge in the Council Bylaws.

  1. Review and comment on active employee and retiree health programs.
  2. Review and comment on any proposed changes to the Employee Assistance program for 2025.
  3. Review and consider the tuition benefit for dependents of eligible Penn faculty and staff.
