  1. Advise the Senior Vice President for Institutional Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President for Human Resources, Vice Provost for Faculty, Vice Provost for University Life, and Vice President for Community and Social Equity on new and existing opportunities to demonstrate Penn’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including those that facilitate sharing of best practices among school and Center DEI officers.
  2. Advise the Senior Vice President for Institutional Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President for Human Resources, and Vice Provost for Faculty on the content of and timing for a staff survey or assessment that would lend itself to understanding any differences in the experiences of staff members by a variety of demographic characteristics.
